I really enjoy cooking. I only eat 14 meals per week (no breakfast), so I try to ensure that I eat the very best food I possibly can. I cook my own meals for 12-14 of those meals most of the time, rarely eating out. I do love eating out, but unless I’m visiting with someone, I usually don’t.

These are recipes that I’ve collected over the years. Most of them are ones I’ve assembled from a survey of similar recipes, or gotten from someone I know and adapted to make them my own.

Most of these recipes have been made a thousand times, and I try very hard to make them the best possible version that they can be. If you find a way to improve them, please let me know.
